Full Body Stretch

Stretching exercises help to lengthen muscles and improve blood flow for better flexibility and range of motion. You can do a full body stretch by standing with your legs slightly apart and reaching your arms upward toward the ceiling. Feel the stretch along your back, hips, and legs. Hold the stretch for 10 to 30 seconds, then release.

Waist Tightening

You can tighten the area around your waist by lying on a soft surface on the floor with your knees bent. Then, do multiple stretches to touch your heel, alternating on one side then the other. Do several sets of twenty touches, starting gradually and increasing the number as you become stronger.

Leg Strengthening

Side lunges are one of the easiest ways to improve strength in both the legs and the hips. Stand with your legs hip-width apart. Take a large step out to your right, bending the knee and keeping the left leg straight. Keep your chest upright and your center core tightened. Repeat on the left side. Repeat in groups of 10 as you become stronger.
